Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In their original condition and packaging
As all products are made to order through a Print on Demand model, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at deniloclothes@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the issue
If your request is approved, we will provide instructions for the return or replacement process.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
